Audika, the market leader in hearing care equipment, asked us to design the 2018 Convention, which saw the participation of over 200 employees and collaborators. For the event, organized with the aim of presenting the new company structure and new product lines, we dealt with: selection of the location, creativity and production of communication materials, scenic and technical design of the meeting room set-up, organization of a gala dinner and scenographic installation, planning of team building activities, organization office, hospitality, transfers and airline tickets.
